The Putnam Family Resource Network has partnered with the Heart & Hand in Putnam County to provide free diapers and formula to families in need.  This is a great resource and we need your help to spread the word!  The Heart & Hand is located just behind the DHHR building in Winfield. Regional Education Service Agencies 5 (RESA V) offers a West Virginia Adult Education Class. This class is for anyone needing to train for the High School Equivalency Exam. For more information, click HERE.
